This pretreatment system works on chemical reaction principles: workpieces are fully immersed in treatment solution tanks. Through chemical and physical interactions with the solution, oil, rust, scale, and other contaminants are removed from the surface, forming a conversion film that improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Tanks can be made of PP or stainless steel.

Workpieces are rinsed via tunnel spray nozzles for cleaning, degreasing, derusting, and phosphating. In full-spray mode, the solution is pumped to form a mist at 0.1–0.2 MPa, then applied to the workpiece to achieve the required treatment effect.
