Product Images Pretreatment Equipment
The quality of surface pretreatment before coating has a critical impact on the final coating quality. Depending on the characteristics of the product and user requirements, corresponding processes such as hot water washing, degreasing, surface conditioning, phosphating, passivation, and pure water rinsing can be adopted. These processes thoroughly remove foreign contaminants like oil and rust from the workpiece surface, while forming a film with high corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and controlled surface roughness. This provides an excellent base for subsequent coating applications. Our company combines multiple processes to deliver high-efficiency, low-cost, and environmentally friendly technologies and equipment, meeting the pretreatment needs of various workpieces.

This pretreatment system works on chemical reaction principles: workpieces are fully immersed in treatment solution tanks. Through chemical and physical interactions with the solution, oil, rust, scale, and other contaminants are removed from the surface, forming a conversion film that improves coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Tanks can be made of PP or stainless steel.
